Customer Experience Trainer

The Role In this role, you'll be providing process and systems training, coaching and support to our Customer Experience Reps, enabling them to deliver exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, engaging in authentic conversations and delivering value-add support.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Facilitating induction training with new starters.Completing needs analysis to identify, develop and design training and learning solutions for both induction and seasonal training for the Customer Experience Centre.Using Quality Assurance tracking and reporting to design, and continually improve upon, best practice learning opportunities.About You We're looking for a candidate with proven coaching and influencing skills, who can easily bring the best out of others. With your previous experience delivering training in a classroom-type setting, you'll demonstrate engaging and confident facilitation and public speaking skills.
You'll also demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally from within a call centre environment.The ability to switch tasks and projects as priorities and deadlines change.Great computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.Proficiency using LMS and other programmesDelivered training in a corporate environment from individual to group settings.In Return Join a team that values your input, appreciates your efforts, and encourages your growth!
