This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to join our vibrant Contact Centre team. This is a foundation level role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of coaches and leaders, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.
Our afterhours team play a crucial role supporting our customers in their time of need. They might be overseas, or here at home. You'll be responding lost or stolen cards, reports of fraudulent activity and general account questions including answering customer emails.
Our contact centre is open 7 days per week 24/7. The overnight shifts we have available are:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9.30 pm - 8.00 am, (30 hours per week) Saturday and Sunday 9.30 pm - 8.00 am, (20 hours per week) Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4.00 pm - 10.00 pm, (16.5 hours per week). This is us. Where your expertise matters.

You will need to be available for the full-time training which is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the first two weeks. Training for our remote roles, is done virtually. On week three you will begin your rostered shift.Applicants must have NZ residency and will undergo credit and police vetting checks and must have fibre internet.
