You will be liaising and assisting across different units and levels of the organisation; effectively and efficiently multi-tasking to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.You will be supported by an inclusive Customer Services Manager and be part of a team who are passionate about the work they do, and very proud of the service they provide.You will provide a range of administration services, including:Frontline customer service for queries in regards to services we offer.Workflow coordination and distribution.Action bookings/requests and processing through online systems.Administration support to the Service Centre functions.Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and ExperienceIt's important in this role to bring a real sense of value to the relationships you build and the networks you create.
