We are delighted to have an opportunity for a highly capable customer service specialist to join our Team in the role of Customer Experience Representative. This is an important role in our Customer Experience Team, based in our Hastings head office. It is an exciting time to be working in the energy industry to help our customers and community.
This is a full-time, office-based role.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will use your awesome customer service skills to take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints, from receipt through to resolution, providing a great service experience to Unison's customers along the way. Often this will involve using your investigation, problem solving and negotiation skills to reach satisfactory and reasonable customer outcomes. You'll get to work with a variety of great internal people and roles in this critical customer role.
In addition to the above, you will assist with reception and general office administration duties. These include welcoming visitors to our head office in a professional and friendly manner, ordering business stationary, processing courier packages and incoming/outgoing mail, responding to queries via Unison's website, word/data processing duties, and so on.
Experience in the electricity distribution sector is not a requirement in this instance as full training will be provided.
