From rostering customer service officers at Selwyn Aquatic Centre, liaising with the IT and communications teams about the best look and feel for the facilities website. To communicating and aligning best practice to the wider Sport and recreation Customer service teams.Implement service delivery improvements based on analysis of customer trends and behaviours.Lead the Selwyn Aquatic customer service team by providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities. To ensure a self-reliant top performing unit.Manage stock contracts and Retail products.Recruitment of Customer service Officers as required to keep a full roster.Responsible for imbedding new operational systems and processes to better serve the customer.The creation of a customer centric service for Selwyn District Council's Sport and Recreation unit.Analysing customer movements, queries, and high demand times as well as exceptional commitment to improving the customer experience and leading by example.Design and deliver customer centric processes and procedures and imbed throughout the Sport and Recreation unit.About youThis will be a transformational role that offers its gratification immediately by the smiles on hundreds of thousands of customers improving their lives. Your strengths and experience will include:Up to 5 years in a Customer Experience lead role.Knowledge and experience to be able to continually review and improve service delivery.Ability to identify and implement an improvement plan with proven background in reporting and analytical skills.You must be flexible to shift and change up your focal point to meet the customer needs.Be able to effectively liaise with internal teams to get the results needed.Experience in member retention and staff training would be advantageous.About usThe Sport and Recreation team is responsible for delivering world class recreation, sport and play outcomes for the Selwyn District's residents and visitors.
