As the voice and the face for a majority of our customers, you will be responsible for daily customer service activities. You will also be making sure the office is well looked after over the Christmas and New Year's Period (fixed term until 3 January 2020).
In this role your key responsibilities are:
attend to, track and respond to phone or e-mail queries process and manage customer orders work alongside the Customer Services Manager in ensuring all customer needs are met support our Sales and Marketing teams office administration You must have at least 1 years' experience in an administrative or customer services role lovely phone manner and e-mail etiquette intermediate level of computer literacy high attention to detail, eagerness to learn ability to problem solve and think outside the box previous experience in FMCG or similar environment (desired) All applicants must have an entitlement to work in New Zealand. You must also be available to work over the Christmas and New Year's period.
