We are looking for a motivated Customer Services Representative to join a friendly, supportive Customer Services team, based in Auckland Central. An ideal person will truly want to make the world a better place, and believe that they have what it takes to do this
Duties of the role:Assisting our customers with orders and enquiries
Providing our customers with fast, accurate solutions
Updating and maintaining our existing customer database
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of Customer queries and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer enquiries
Managing customer escalations and liaising with internal departments to resolve complaint
Report on a daily basis activity and results
Providing administrative and account support
Accurate processing of Sales Contracts and liaising with Account Managers and other branches / departments
What we are looking for:Have relevant work experience in similar Call Centre role (desirable)
Put ?customers first? and possess proven customer service skills experience in a fast paced team environment
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
Be fast learners and natural problem solvers
Have a positive and professional approach
Be able to work independently, and as part of a team, and cope well with high pressure
Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
