Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer care roles.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.3. Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, handling cancellations and refunds.4. Educate customers on company policies and services to ensure a positive customer experience.5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and targets.6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements:1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.6. Must be driven and resilient in a fast-paced customer service environment.
