Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team at Viacom. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term partnerships.6. Track and report key performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve our services. Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in customer care roles, with a proven track record of success.2. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to innovate and problem-solve effectively.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.5. Proficiency in customer care software and Microsoft Office suite.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
