Job Description: Air New Zealand is looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Care Manager to join our team in Wellington. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.3. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement.7. Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team. Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer care.4. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.5. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
