The Customer Care Manager at Las Vegas Sands in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ is a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support. As a full-time position at the Associate Level, the Customer Care Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience- Lead a team of customer care representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve customer satisfaction- Conduct training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge- Prepare reports and presentations on key metrics related to customer care performance
