Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty- Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service processes- Identify opportunities for proactively engaging with customers to enhance their experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in customer service or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent persuasion and decision-making abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
