Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures- Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers- Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in a customer care management role- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems- Motivated and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Benefits:- Travel and spending expenses coverage- Gym membership- Company-provided equipment Working Environment:At Reinsurance Group of America, we value a culture of ongoing learning and development to support personal and professional growth.
