As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support and promote client's financial goods and services and respond to customer inquires.

This phone based team is part of a leading service environment who are looking for people who can connect with their customers, who are focused on the best possible customer experience and outcome.
Advisor’s job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide high quality customer service for one of Concentrix's premier clients
Solve customer challenges and advise solutions
Communicate effectively with customers, peers, support personnel, and management;
Achieve service, quality and action KPI’s
Be friendly, professional and efficient at all times;
Help to contribute to a high performing team, by being a high performing team player.
Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:
An excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
Excellent listening and comprehension skills;
Clear speaking skills;
Good computer skills including navigation and typing;
A courteous, cheerful and vibrant demeanor;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
A good eye for detail;
Customer centric approach to working with others
The ability to work well under pressure.
Basic Financial literacy
Work environment:
Rotating Shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (M - F) & 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (S - S)
Location of work Albany
2 weeks paid training(you must be available full time for first two weeks 9-5pm)
