JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a hardworking & reliable first year accounting or business degree student to fill a vacancy as accounts and admin assistant within our business and it's a good opportunity to gain some industry related experience.
In this role you'll be offered approximately 8-15 hours per month, where you'll be based in our Papakura office. The timing of these hours is flexible around your schedule, but must be within regular business hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Your tasks and duties will include but are not limited to: working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers and journals calculating and checking payment amounts and records organizing the Customer Service Report controlling credit and chasing debtors Customer Service & Marketing Support Other General Office Administration Tasks
For this role, candidates must have experience using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word & Excel, and will ideally have experience using MYOB. A base knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping is required, though some training will be considered for the right candidate. Candidates must be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.
