Qualifications & Skills: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member. Shift Patterns: Mon - Fri 37.5 hrs per week - Start Window 08:00-10:00. *'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
