Coaching & Instruction (Sport & Recreation) Description/Pay: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Coach to join and help lead our thriving, family focused CrossFit community. You will get the opportunity to develop and work with members ranging from 'new to training' up to elite athletes.We are committed to supporting the successful applicant with an extremely appealing compensation package including professional development support and competitive pay, with a goal of supporting them to a six figure annual income through coaching and personal training over the next 2-3 years. Key Responsibilities:Conduct 8-12 CrossFit classes per week, including teens/kids and a rotation for some weekends.Develop and manage additional programming, administrative tasks and cleaning for 8 hours weekly.Provide personal training sessions to clients both in person and online. Report to and work alongside the Director of Training to continue to foster an excellent training environment for all members. Qualifications:Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) or higher.Proven track record of coaching and programming for a diverse client base.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with management and other coaches.Personal training or Strength and Conditioning certification is required. Ideally a current first aide certificate.
