Credit Controller

Job Description About this opportunity You will be responsible for all aspects of the credit control function and overdue debt as defined by the Senior Credit Controller or Management. To provide backup support to team members and roster shared weekly tasks. To be able to work independently and manage timelines to achieve the desired outcome. To actively review current processes, identify areas of concern and recommend changes for the benefit of our collections process. Your key responsibilities will be to: Achieve monthly cash collection targets. Ensure all customers to pay to terms with minimal overdue debt. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders & external customers. Complete all operational tasks within the timeline given. A united team, working efficiently & effectively together. Gain operational knowledge & skills. Become self-aware of strengths & areas of improvement. Understand how & why people interact & behave as they do. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll have: Essential: Minimum 2 years AR experience Sound knowledge of general accounting procedures Reconciliation skills ERP Exposure – SAP etc Desirable: Experience working for large organisations. Experience working in a Shared Services Centre Can negotiate an outcome. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
