This is a unique opportunity to advance your legal career as you become involved in all aspects of Anderson Lloyd's premium Corporate Commercial practice. You will work alongside Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers and be exposed a variety of interesting and complex work, including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring and corporate advisory work.
If you are a lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in this space or looking to gain exposure in this space, then this role could be for you. The role has some flexibility to be based out of the Christchurch & Auckland offices as well.
