Corporate Advisory Analyst

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) We are currently looking for a Corporate Advisory Analyst to join our growing team in Christchurch. Whilst this role is for a Corporate Advisory Analyst, there are opportunities for a dual Corporate Advisory and Business Advisory role. Nexia is innovative and forward-thinking, focused on growth and excellence, while creating a supportive and social environment where the entire team can thrive.  Key attributes: The ability to succinctly explain complex information in both a written and verbal format Strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to gather data from various sources Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in Business Advisory Services or Corporate Advisory Strong research skills and an enquiring mind Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  About the role: You will be working closely with partners and senior staff to provide specialist advice, through analysis and report writing. This role can offer exposure to a wide variety of work across both BAS and Corporate Advisory, including;  Due diligence (buy side and sell side) Business valuations Merger and acquisitions Litigation support Preparation of annual budgets, cashflow forecasts, financialstatements,and tax returns  Applications close Friday 24 May 2024 and must be submitted through Seek.
