Job Description Based across both the Macraes site and the Dunedin office, this role will provide support to the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver an efficient human resources service that contributes to the strategic objectives at Macraes Operation. You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners and Manager to deliver generalist activities such as recruitment, employment relations, performance management and training. Additonally, you'll support and provide effective administration and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties, using the relevant HR management systems and processes.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Ensure recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes meet business requirements Effectively use the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure information is up to date and accurate in the system: Ensure training is in line with Company direction and meets learner requirements Employee Relations Provide support and complete general administration duties Qualifications Full and Current Driver Licence. Hold a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or combination or have some relevant experience in a busy HR function.
