This is your best opportunity to be there to bring a smile to all the faces we feed in the community, and to be the smiling face of Compass Group as you deliver wholesome and nutritious lunches to schools and children across the wider Taranaki Region. The role requires you to be responsible for transporting lunches and other items to several school sites in the region at the specified delivery times however, there is so much more to this - we are not looking for just a driver - we want a problem foreseer and solution enabler, a cheerful Charlie, a clever Trevor, an Anne with a plan, and a Safety Sam. We want you to really focus on the relationships with the schools and how we can build on that by listening and adapting to their students' feedback. We are looking for a candidate who is confident, loud and will be a ray of sunshine on any day of the week.
This is a permanent part time role offered during school terms only, we operate our lunch deliveries on Monday - Friday with shifts running between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm. We can offer some flexibility in the working hours and/or days if needed so please discuss this with your hiring manager at the next stage. The base rate for this position is set above market as we know we are looking for someone special to fulfil this highly engaging and rewarding position.
