GOLDEN CLOVER LIMITED is looking for one full-time Cook to join their team in Porirua, Wellington. Ideal candidate must have the followings: Either a certificate in cookery qualification (overseas qualification or certificate is acceptable) or 3 years kitchen working experience. Adaptable to change and able to multitask. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Be reliable and responsible. Working hard and healthy. Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime Must be flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts. Long-term and full commitments are required. Job Responsibilities: Setting up and organise the kitchen Preparing and cooking our full range of food Planning and regularly updating the menu Estimating the cost, ordering supplies and keeping reasonable stock Management of food quality and reporting any issues to the director/manager Being compliance with all relevant health and safety and hygiene laws and policies Training and supervising the junior staff Being a good team player and acting respectfully towards all fellow workers Ability to work under pressure and fast pace In return, GOLDEN CLOVER LIMITED will offer: A stable position in Porirua, Wellington.
