3R GLOBAL LIMITED is a Auckland based Chinese/Cantonese Cuisine Restaurant, we are currently looking for a couple of cooks to join us, general duties are required as below: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation standards. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Assist in the development of new menu items and specials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Other duties as assigned.
