Our talented team thrives on creating simple to use farm management solutions that enable resilience and power the world's biosecurity.  We are building a world-class finance and operations team and are looking to recruit a Christchurch-based Contracts Manager to ensure the seamless delivery and management of commercial contracts and critical internal projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and relationship-focused individual with a deep end-to-end understanding of commercial contracts. Support the drafting of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. Work with our legal team to ensure that all contractual agreements comply with legal requirements, and are legally and commercially fair and reasonable for both Onside and the customer.. Identify and assess potential legal and business risks in contractual agreements, providing proactive recommendations for risk mitigation. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle. Oversee and take an active role in the delivery of key contracts and critical cross-functional internal projects, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, costs and deadlines, change management and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date with progress, including the leadership team and Board of directors. Continuously evaluate and enhance contract management processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency with use of technology.
