About the company:

With their rapid expansion they are currently on the lookout for an experienced Contracts Manager to assist with and oversee some of their large electrical and infrastructure projects.
About the role:
- Project management of large-scale infrastructure projects and maintenance
- Complete projects on budget whilst delivering financial outcomes and keeping to set time frames
- Managing a team of supervisors, and helping them develop
- Maintaining and developing both business and customer relationships
- Identifying and implementing growth opportunities within the company
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety are adhered to
- Estimating electrical and infrastructure projects
Skills and Experience:
- Would be beneficial to have relevant EWRB qualifications with a current practising license
- Need to have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar management position
- A good understanding of the electrical and infrastructure or civil industry with contracts management experience
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage relationships
- Must have a proven ability to improve and implement new systems, and increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership skills and be able to handle high-pressure environments with excellent time management skills
- Passion to learn and grow within the business
- Must have great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong health and safety background
