About the Role: This role is in a fast-paced team that has a hands-on approach to solutions, will build internal relationships and is a key support to recruitment consultants. The role is based in Wellington CBD and reports into the Contracts and Compliance Manager for New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all administrative requirements associated with new and existing contract placementsPreparation of contracts (new offers, extensions, amendments, timesheet changes and terminations)Analysing information provided to ensure its compliance with internal requirementsEnsuring all relevant on-boarding documentation is completed and uploaded onto the database accordinglyKey Requirements: Experience in a high-volume compliance or administrative environmentAbility to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detailAn ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesA demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholder and build relationships across the businessThis is an opportunity to start your career with a fun, fast-paced work environment and develop your experience with a global organisation.
