Our client is a leading civil engineering company operating throughout the northern region of New Zealand with a track record of delivering high quality civil projects.The business has a team of trained and experienced staff and are supported by the processes, systems and resources to safely deliver exceptional civil infrastructure projects to all their customers.The JobThe successful candidate will demonstrate leadership traits that include developing and encouraging a dedicated team of Project Managers with a variety of civil construction skills.The Contract Manager will be supported by other members of the senior leadership team, an experienced local team and a wider network of national level colleagues.Your ExperienceYou will bring related civil construction management experience with a proven track record of leading project teams and a civil business unit.You will have experience within the civil construction field and ideally structures and complex civil construction, but more critical is your blend of operational skills and business development nous.Formal business or construction qualifications are preferred.On OfferThis company is very well positioned for further growth within the region and wider over the coming years.
