Reporting into the Account Director - Corrections you will take ownership for managing our clients’ Auckland Prison property portfolio.
You will be based at our clients’ site at Paremoremo and will manage a technical and support team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client property team to effectively maintain the property portfolio. Lead your high performing team to exceed client expectations in regard to service delivery, job performance, price and quality, through effective and efficient day-to-day operations. Deep understanding of the contract and adherence to the terms of the contract. Ensure all works are undertaken safely and consistent with Cushman & Wakefield and legislative safety requirements Proven track record of maintaining and preparing budgets and strong financial acumen
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge and/or experience working on a PPP would be an advantage Minimum of ten years working in an outsourced Facilities Management role Proven ability to lead and deliver facilities management services to the client Understanding of commercial delivery drivers Strong people management experience is a must Excellent technical knowledge Strong knowledge of NZ safety legislation and best practice Excellent client relationship building ability Strong analytical skills A relevant tertiary qualification would be highly desirable
