In this role you will provide effective administration assistance and support in all areas for the Roading and Utilities departments. One of the key responsibilities in this role is compiling and processing our road maintenance and water claims. You will ensure accurate processing of data into relevant business systems, whilst complying with all appropriate legislation, company policies and procedures. This position is part time working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.   In a ddition to the above you will:   Use and maintain the CSR and RAMM database management systems Provide general admin support to the team and organise staff training Be the first point of contact in the branch, managing customer queries and yard sales Medical insurance for you and your whanau Life insurance from day one KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones up to 7% Parental leave top-up payment with additional return to work support Family scholarships Ongoing training and development, career growth and progression opportunities Great discounts at a wide range of retailers At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.   We're looking for someone with: Minimum of 2 years administration experience (contracting industry preferred but not essential) Experience using CSR, Maximo and RAMM is desirable Proficency using Microsoft office suite Excellent data entry and administration skills Ability to interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Creating, Connecting and caring for the community  Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
