In this role you will provide effective administration assistance and support in all areas for the Roading and Utilities departments. One of the key responsibilities in this role is compiling and processing our road maintenance and water claims. You will ensure accurate processing of data into relevant business systems, whilst complying with all appropriate legislation, company policies and procedures.
This position is part time working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
In addition to the above you will: Use and maintain the CSR and RAMM database management systems
Provide general admin support to the team and organise staff training
Be the first point of contact in the branch, managing customer queries and yard sales

We're looking for someone with: Minimum of 2 years administration experience (contracting industry preferred but not essential)
Experience using CSR, Maximo and RAMM is desirable
Proficency using Microsoft office suite
Excellent data entry and administration skills
Ability to interact with customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
