Contingent Recruitment Manager (Msp)

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Manage, develop and mentor a small talented team of Contingency Recruiters
Successfully manage of all aspects of recruitment service delivery of the sourcing/management of temporary workers through a supply chain
Engage the business to manage future talent needs and present appropriate solutions effectively
Understand our service and educate managers on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology
Empower the agency supplier panel to deliver great contingent talent in a compliant manner, conducting regular performance reviews

Passion for people management
Knowledge and understanding of SLA adherence
Willingness to support the client and HTS initiatives and contribute to the content and coordination of reports (investigating, collating and analysing data)
Ability to drive strategy to achieve desired outcomes
