We're highly cross-functional and work collaboratively across all areas of business development and strategy, engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, installation and customer support.The roleWe're incredibly excited to add a Content Marketing Lead to our small-but-mighty marketing team! This newly-created role reports into the Head of Marketing and plays an essential role in breathing life into the Evnex story and brand. You'll be responsible for building and growing a strategic content marketing programme that drives demand for, and adoption of, Evnex products. Technical content writing expertise would be a huge bonus—we're looking for someone who thrives on transforming specialised information into digestible formats. You'll be inherently collaborative, creative, and strategic: working closely with the wider Marketing team and key stakeholders to build a content roadmap and bring new ideas to fruition.What will you be doing?Content strategy: Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a content roadmap. This will form the basis for a comprehensive strategy that drives key metrics and connects with target audiences throughout every stage of the customer journey.Content creation: Owning and producing a wide range of content types, including technical pages, blogs, collateral, promotional snippets/blurbs, landing pages, newsletters, and more. You'll need a solid understanding of SEO basics to help ensure our web content can be indexed by search engines.Storytelling and brand voice: Ensuring we maintain powerful storytelling and consistent voice and tone across multiple touchpoints and channels. You'll have a deep understanding of brand, a flawless grasp of grammar, and know how to write engaging, entertaining copy. You will have experience building and maintaining a company style guide, often acting as an editor across marketing content.Experimentation, iteration, and optimisation: Analysing and providing insights on content performance, suggesting areas of improvement and strategies for higher ROI. Delivering detailed content marketing analysis that includes meaningful and actionable insights around how content is driving top-of-funnel growth and customer adoption.What we're looking for:The right candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and be excited about the opportunity to join an impact-focused Kiwi company. You'll own the entire content function, from strategy to execution and reporting. You're able to convey complex ideas simply and concisely in written and verbal formats across multiple customer groups and stakeholders.Familiarity with content management systems, ideally Webflow.Experience writing for both consumer and business audiences, with a desire to learn and understand their respective problems and motivations.
