Trade Me Marketplace is where consumers and merchants alike buy and sell millions of items each year. To help drive vibrancy in our marketplace, we're looking for a customer-focused Content and Design Coordinator to help execute our email communications and design across our onsite channels.
As part of our marketing team, you will work closely with your business unit as well as our central communications, email lifecycle teams, and the wider email marketing guild, to produce attention-grabbing content that speaks to every day Trade Me customers and clients.

Using your excellent writing skills, you will gather, develop, and write content for emails with the customer benefit always at the forefront
Manage email sends including building, targeting and execution via the Marketo automation platform.
Monitor and evaluate emails regularly to understand what is working and how they can be improved. Test and iterate to get the best results, striving for continuous improvement.
Create great design concepts that work across digital and mobile platforms.
Build strong relationships and work with various internal stakeholders to bring marketing campaigns to life.
So far so good? What we're looking for from you is:
At least 1-2 years' experience in a content writing, digital marketing or email marketing role.
Strong written and verbal communication as you'll be writing a lot of content for both email and on-site placements, this includes a flare for copywriting.
Design experience, with an understanding of how to translate briefs into visual outcomes.
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite would be highly desirable.
A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once to meet deadlines.
