The Container Terminal Manager will be responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership to container operations, through leading a capable and experienced team to consistently achieve performance and safety targets. With a focus on ongoing continuous improvement of processes, infrastructure and resourcing, the Container Terminal Manager will ensure operations are commercially competitive, customer driven, efficient and profitable. Key responsibilities include people leadership and culture development, maintaining quality service delivery, health & safety leadership, financial management, and maintaining quality stakeholder relationships. The Container Terminal Manager will have leadership involvement in the future development of the container terminal.
