The role of a Contact Centre Consultant will see you: Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting our members with their everyday financial needs. Being the voice of Unity, serving our members nationwide over the phone. Normal hours of work will cover 40 hours per week rostered between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday-Friday and 8:30am – 12:00pm Saturdays (Saturday work required approx. every 5-6 weeks* and includes a ½ day off during the week). *Saturday roster dependent on team capacity.
