Our personalised services reflect our commitment to long-lasting partnerships with our members and community – that's what a credit union is all about!  About the role Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting Kiwis with their everyday financial needs.Be the voice of Unity, serving our members nationwide over the phone.Normal hours of work will cover 40 hours per week rostered between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday-Friday and 8:30am – 12:00pm Saturdays (Saturday work required approx. every 5-6 weeks* and includes a ½ day off during the week).*Saturday roster dependent on team capacity.
