Job Description: PBF Energy is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.3.
