Parkable is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed contact center KPIs and targets- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:- Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills- Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate leadership qualities- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred
