Contact Center Representative

Job Description: KKR is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner- Provide information, answer questions, and resolve inquiries about products and services- Update customer accounts and records accurately in the database- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary- Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on presentation- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed Benefits:- Retirement plan- Paid overtime- Profit sharing Working Environment:At KKR, we foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
