As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual with strong teamwork and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.3. Process orders, forms, and applications.4. Provide information about products and services.5. Transfer calls to the appropriate departments.6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.8. Meet targets for call volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.5. Experience with CRM software is a plus.6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
