Contact Center Associate - Work From Home

Las Vegas Sands is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Associate, your responsibilities will include:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company database- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Managing relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
