Contact Center Associate - Work From Home

Pacific Edge Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Associate to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time, work from home position ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communications to provide excellent customer service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate cases when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed.
