Job Description: Walgreens Boots Alliance is currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant in a remote work capacity in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers.3. Assisting customers with order processing and tracking.4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.5. Conducting research on products and services to provide accurate information to customers.6. Updating customer records in the database with accurate and current information.7. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.8. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all interactions with customers. Requirements:1.
