Job description: Lowe's is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Wellington, NZ. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting the overall operations of our contact center. Responsibilities:1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order status.3. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Processing orders and accurately entering customer information into the system.5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Providing administrative support to the contact center team as needed.7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. Requirements:1. Confident and adaptable personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.3. Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.4. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.5. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7.
