Consultant, Tech Capability Development

The Role

You will cultivate technology innovation for the Capability Development team to support the overall Technology strategy toward our Future Workforce.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and skills so that they can be utilised more broadly within Technology and IAG.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support knowledge uplift across technology working practices, learning and development, and continuous improvement
Support the Manager, Capability Development and the Specialist Capability Development team to provide insight into good practice capability to drive the function in line with the Technology and People & Culture strategies
Work collaboratively with the Capability Development team to ensure consistency of Capability Development tools and technology initiatives to ensure shared outcomes for IAG Technology
Responsible for the development, delivery and support of tech platforms (including but not limited to SharePoint)
Skills & Experience

Thorough understanding of enterprise software development processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic empirical environment using agile development
Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and the MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal skills
