Full Time Application Closes 27 Oct 2023 Bay of Plenty - Tauranga Financial Specialist About the role As a Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing our bank, with exceptional customer service as your core focus.
You'll assess customer needs and provide relevant information to enable them to make the banking decision that is right for them, providing guidance under responsible lending conversations where required. This could include assisting current and prospective customers with their everyday banking needs, including deposits, personal lending, international payments, insurance taking other opportunities to deepen customer relationships with your knowledge of our products and services. You'll also be responsible for identifying where customers may need a little more support or financial advice and refer them on to our dedicated customer advice team, while still maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Being a generalist, you'll be able to help everyday Kiwi's to achieve their goals across all areas of banking and grow your own career in a supportive team environment. Because The Co-operative Bank is owned by our customers, everything we do, every day, is for their benefit.
This is a full time position, at our Hamilton branch.
