Working with our offshore Qantas team based in Auckland, you will feel like part of the whanau.As a Qantas Agency Support Groups Consultant, you will be responsible for high-level revenue management and the development of group sales. You will be liaising with our agency partners and internal departments to provide consistently superior Groups Sales solutions. You will be involved with providing authentic and efficient guidance and support around Qantas product, policy, fares, and ticketing advice and sales support. Your ability to put our customers at the heart of everything we do will be critical to your success, as well as making it easier for agents to sell Qantas products. There are even opportunities to spread your wings further and at times support the New Zealand sales team by representing Qantas at promotional functions, presentations, and seminars as appropriate.You will have direct interaction with our agency trade partners, providing them with excellence in service. You will encourage agents to adhere to sales terms and promote self-service where appropriate.
