Construction Worker (3 Vacancies)

Construction Worker AAR Construction Ltd is a well-established company specializing in new building projects, renovation work, and house landscaping. To meet the demands of our business operations, we are currently seeking three construction workers to fulfill various tasks on construction sites.  Description of the role 1-Study and understand blueprints to assess required tools, equipment, and supplies 2-Assist tradesmen with tasks such as carpentry, formwork, or steel fixing, etc 3-Aid in cutting and shaping wood components for installation purposes 4-Erect wood panels and frames during installation and joinery fitting as instructed  5-Maintain cleanliness on the construction site and ensure general tidiness 6-Lay block paving, tarmac surfacing, slabs and sandstone paving 7-Spread and level soil, gravel and sand on roads and driveways  8-Assist in the construction of stone or brick walls, retaining structures, paths, driveways, and car parks 9-Adhere to the company's health and safety policies while performing duties Construction Worker Job requirements: No formal qualification is required  Relevant NZ working experience is advantageous Willingness to undergo training if necessary  Strong commitment to health and safety protocols Physically fit and comfortable working at construction sties  Hard-working and capable of multitasking  Ability to work proficiently with a variety of hand tools   What we can offer you: Competitive pay range: $29.66 to $32 per hour based on skills and experience  Flexible working location:Auckland Region Projects  Guaranteed minimum working hours: 30 hours per week Training and Development opportunities  Stable full-time permanent role  Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
