Ryman Construction
Construction is different at Ryman - in fact everything is. We care about every detail. Which is why we design and build all our retirement villages ourselves, to ensure everything is perfect. To achieve this, we need the best construction people.
Our land bank is the strongest it's ever been - we are about to move into our biggest ever build programme. We expect to have 12 sites under construction in the next 12 months. By the end of 2020, we plan to have five villages open in Victoria. Our goal is to keep the land banks in both countries at a supply of not less than 4 years.
From that point, we want to open four villages a year: two in Victoria, one in Auckland, and one somewhere else in New Zealand.
Rather than battling with clients, we focus on delivering the best possible home for our residents. Most important, we never cut corners, because we've cut out the middle men, instead!
We have a simple mantra at Ryman construction, happy sites lead to happy lives. Hopefully this speaks for itself.
